2026 Registrations

Registrations open 1st January 2026

Registrations for 2026 will again be a two-step process with Squadi and Play Football, however, this year you will be required to register in Play Football first and confirm you have completed that step when you start the registration process in Squadi as per the screenshot below:

Play Football Registration Process:

Head to the Play Football website.
Choose the option relevant for the player you are registering:
- "Re-Registering to play this season" if they are a returning player.
- "New to Football" if this is their first year playing or have not registered on
  Play Football before
- "Coaches, Referees & Volunteers for all other positions.
Search for and choose "Townsville Warriors".
Sign in or create an account if it is your first time using Play Football
(if the player is under 18, create an account as the parent first).
Click "Details" next to the relevant Product.
Click "Register".
Click Somebody else for under 18 players or Myself for seniors and Continue.
Click View Document on the first Terms and Conditions document.
Click Next to read through them all, Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Continue.
Enter the participant details to find their profile.
Verify with email code.
Confirm Regulation details and click Next.
Upload a passport style photo of the player.
Confirm details and proceed to payment.

Squadi Registration Process:

Login to/Register for your Squadi account.
- If you are setting up a Squadi account for the first time for a player under 18, set up an account for yourself first and then create an account for a family member with your child's details.
- A passport style photo is required when registering a new player.
- If you need to update an outdated photo, email it through to the Registrar and we will update it.
Select the participant you want to register.
Click the check box confirming you have completed the Play Football registration above and Confirm.
Check/update details and click next.
Search for Townsville Warriors.
Choose the relevant competition.
Choose the Membership type (player, coach, manager).
Choose the Age Group from the drop-down menu.
Click "Add Competition and Membership".
Fill in the required fields and proceed to the payment page.
If you want to use a Play On Voucher, add it as a discount code and email a copy of your voucher to Registrar.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions and make payment.
